Gerry climbed up on the roof and a took a few shots of the sea of Winnebagos.  We also played in a golf tournament.  There were only four or five women playing, but Gerry ended up on a team with Millie.  Two of the men on Terry's team did not make it, so she and her lucky partner got to hit two shots at each hole.  That was not so bad, but having only one cart to chase four  balls got rather tiring.  But a great time was had by all.

Forest City may be a small town, but they are as hospitable as they come and everyone turns out for the Puckerbrush Celebration and parade downtown.  Our MIL-WIT guys wear their uniforms and toss candy to the crowds.
