Tipton, Iowa
We had one lazy jack that HWH adjusted for us on our way to Vicki and Jim's, but later it wouldn't even go down at all. So we stopped again at HWH on our way out of Iowa! The closest town is Tipton where we found a wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant. We also discovered the Tipton Freedom Rock there (in Cedar County). The artist is Ray "Bubba" Sorensen II, who is the Iowa House District 20 Representative. In 2013 he stated his goal was to paint a Freedom Rock in each of the 99 counties of Iowa.
