Thanksgiving in Texas with Friends
Ambor and Scott flew in from Las Vegas to spend a week at David & Carol's. Terry, Carol, and Amber made cards in Carol's scrapbook room for many days in a row. Ambor has been making thousands of cards that she mails to the troops for them to send to their families. She also makes cards by the hundreds for her church's bookstore to sell. Scott deep fried a turkey for Thanksgiving, and Robby, the chef in the family, cooked a big, big bird and the rest of the wonderful dishes we enjoyed for dinner (with a little advanced prep help from the ladies). After dinner a bunch of us played a game - girls against the guys! Not sure who won, but we all had fun.
