Savannah, Georgia

We did not actually stay in Savannah!  We drove in from Fort Stewart twice to play tourists for two days.  The first day we took the Old Savannah Trolley Car Tour, where we could get off at any or all of the 16 stops along the way.  The architecture in the historical section of the city is incredible - except for the federal building that is made from what looks like bathroom tile. The locals have a special name for the sculpture that was put out front.  The second day we took the brunch tour on a riverboat, visited the railroad museum and drove out to the Tybee Lighthouse.
