Mayport, Florida
We found our spot in Osprey Cove at the Naval Station in Mayport. Although we are not on the water here, we have a spacious site with lots of trees and shade. We can stay as long as we need to while Terry undergoes vestibular rehabilitation for her balance issues. So far we're in for at least 4 weeks. We are close to the beach, so we are enjoying frequent long walks there. There has already been a pot luck supper at the main campground - we seniors do know how put on a spread! Also spent some time with Karen and her children and with her sister Crystal during their mother's final illness.
