The Boat Show this year was held at the T-Head downtown.  We enjoyed checking out the vendors and watching the demonstrations.  The bad news is that we lost Ethan, the youngest of the Clydesdales, when he ruptured something inside. We have all been very upset at the loss. He had such a sweet personality!  Then just recently, thunderstorms raged through our area with winds recorded up to 78 miles per hour.  The photos below were taken on base, not far from where we are.  Riding out the storm in the RV was really scarey!  Peggy brought her son Jeff and his family out to see the horses, and Maggie's mother and Ashton came down a couple of times.  It has been fun watching Lucas grow.  He's a year old already.  No, we did not buy a puppy.  Casey belongs to Glen and Jinny now, but he came for a visit!  Before leaving town we took Maggie, Callie, and Raquel to lunch.  Sherrie and Jack took us for a ride in her souped up red Mustang convertible.  Nice Birthday present, Sherrie!
