Our next stop was not much farther down I-5 to Gerry's sister Mary's.  She kept us on the go, from Curves workouts with Terry, to visits to nearby towns.  In Grants Pass we shopped and checked out the painted doors done by local artists that stand on the sidewalks downtown.  In Ashland we checked out the Shakespeare theatre and gift shop and did a little shopping.  And then we even went to the horse races.  And did we say she fed us!!  She fed us!!  All great stuff, including an early birthday cake for Terry.  Evenings we talked Don into playing SkipBo or Phase 10 and we even let him win once in a while.  Terry's cousin Mike and his wife Debbie live in Grants Pass and we had a wonderful lunch with them outside on the patio at the Riverside Inn.
