We made our trek to the Rio Grande Valley and
met friends there for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, neither of
us were feeling very well for at least the first week. We managed
to get a chance to say hello to Iran and Jan before they left.
Charlie & Della were there as well as Fred and Patricia, whom we had met
last year. They brought friends (and neighbors) Johnny and Hazel.
They all cooked up a storm. One day we all drove to
South Padre Island to meet Don & Donna who were staying at an RV
park there.
Another evening Del & Connie drove over and took us out to dinner when we were feeling
better. Mostly we just hung out and enjoyed everyone's company.
