A short stay at Kirtland Air Force Base
near Alburquerque, New Mexico, gave us the chance to enjoy a meal
outdoors and play a little golf, where we were joined by John and Mary,
neighbors in the Family Campground on base. Teddy, their little
poodle joined us on the course and was quite well versed on golfing
etiquette. He never touched anyone's golf ball, he stayed out of
range of swinging clubs, and in general waited very patiently. The
critters on the golf course, who are the same color as Teddy, were quite
curious about him.
