| Attending the Winnebago Virginia State Rally was kind of a last minute decision. Since we decided to make it to D.C. to cheer on Vicki at the Marine Corps Marathon, we knew we would have to hang around the area anyway. The current Virginia State President and the Rally Master are both MILWIT members. Turns out there were quite a few people there that we knew from MILWIT and from the Grand National Rally. Wayne & Sheila came as well. Plus we made a few more new friends. We were the first to arrive at the rally grounds - several days early! We played in a golf tournament and did well. We enjoyed the entertainments, the tours, and the food, and especially the people. | ||||
