Nashville definitely has music going on!
We walked up one side of Broadway and back down, checking out all the
little spots where singers and bands were playing. Many
of these places were hosts to some of country music's top performers before
they made it big. Nashville is also the capitol of Tennessee, and The Hermitage, the home of
our 7th President, Andrew Jackson, is nearby. We visited both of
them.
The RV park where we stayed,
Nashville Country RV Resort, hosts a dinner and concert every Thursday
evening. The Thursday we were there featured local singer Paul Hill. His wife took the mike for a couple of fun songs, as did
two of the young ladies who worked at the park. It was another
unexpected, but nice, treat
