What a surprise to discover that Kelsey, Roger &
Kay's youngest, was off to her first year of college already. This
definitely means an empty nest for them, but they are coping well. (Mine
have been gone longer than they were at home and I still miss them!) We managed to catch up with them on one of Kay's days off
and she & Roger cooked dinner for us. The next day we
invited Jodi, their older daughter, to our house for lunch then a short ride in
the RV to a nearby shopping mall before we headed out again.
