Chimney Rock, North Carolina

Chimney Rock was one of those places we had heard about from other RV friends.  When we saw a brochure at the tourist information center, we knew we had to find the time to visit there.   The drive to the park is incredibly beautiful and the vista from the top of Chimney Rock is nothing less than spectacular.   There are wonderful trails to follow, some more strenuous than we were up to.  But we did take a one and half mile walk to Hickory Nut Falls.
