Paul Doré, Jr.
St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 2 p.m., on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Paul Doré, Jr., 68, who passed away on Monday, November 15, 2010, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Entombment will follow at St. Michael Mausoleum in St. Martinville.
Fr. Ed Degeyter will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures were read by Tracy Pellerin and Raven Doré and gift bearers were Danielle Pellerin, Amber Doré, and Raven Doré.
Mr. Doré was the founder and owner of Parkway Machine Services, located at 251 Industrial Parkway in Lafayette.
Survivors include his wife, Gracie Touchet Doré of Broussard; three sons, Kirt Andrew and his wife, Paulette Landry Doré, of Broussard, Clint Anthony Doré and his partner, Tracy Pellerin, of Lafayette, and Kevin Paul and his wife, Sandy Doré, of Cade; three brothers, Jules Doré and his wife, Ella, of St. Martinville, Ernest 'Mac' Doré and his wife, Karen, of Breaux Bridge, and Nolan Doré and his wife, Geraldine, of St. Martinville; two sisters, Rita Mae Doré of New Iberia, and Emmaline Doré Romero and her husband, Harold, of Youngsville; two brothers-in-law, Harold Touchet and his wife, Janet, of Breaux Bridge, and Rogers Hebert and his wife, Goldie, of Cecilia, a sister-in-law, Rita Gerard of New Iberia; four grandchildren, Lance Michael Doré, Amber Ann Doré, Raven Elizabeth Doré, and Danielle Renée Pellerin; and four great grandchildren, Brianna Nicole Doré, Brooksie Grace Doré, Jade Elizabeth Thibodeaux, and Lilly-Ann Renée Thibodeaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Leona Albert Doré, Sr.; and a sister, Loula Mae Doré.
