| Simmer One Hour - STRAIN | |
| Chowder: | |
| 1 Lb. Potatoes, & 1/2 Lb. Onion | |
| 3/4 Head of Celery, chopped fine | |
| 1 Green Pepper | |
| 3/4 Lb of Minced Salmon | |
| 2 Qts Milk | |
| 2 Qts Fish Stock | |
| 1/2 Lb. Butter | |
| 1 3/4 Cups Flour | |
| 1 Tablespoon Salt | |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper & Seasoned Pepper | |
| 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder | |
| 1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes | |
| Pinch of Thyme and Mace | |
| Pinch of Bayleaf Powder | |
| Saute Chopped Vegetables in Butter | |
| Add Flour and Stir | |
| Add Milk slowly, Add Stock | |
| Bring to Just Under Boil | |
| If Too Thick Add More Stock | |
| Next Add Salmon and Simmer | |
| Lastly Add Seasonings - Taste & Enjoy | |
